Steamed eel rolls with meat
Steamed eel rolls are nutritious and easy to prepare.
Ingredients for steamed eel rolls:
+ 200gr cleaned eel
+ 100gr minced meat
+ 30gr carrots,
+ Wood ear, green onion
+ 10gr rice noodles
+ Spices: oyster sauce, seasoning powder, pepper, MSG.

How to make steamed eel rolls:
Step 1: Clean the eel, wash it with salt water and a little vinegar to reduce the fishy smell, drain, cut each eel into 3 pieces about 8cm long. Then, marinate the eel with some chopped shallots, a little pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder to absorb the spices.
Wash and chop wood ear mushrooms, carrots, green onions, and rice noodles, then mix them all with the minced meat. Add a little seasoning powder, oyster sauce, pepper, and MSG, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Boil some water, add the green onion leaves for about 30 seconds then turn off the heat. Remove the green onion leaves and let cool.

Eel stewed with squash
Ingredients for braised eel with squash:
+ 350g eel
+ 200g squash
+ 3-5 cloves of garlic
+ 1 tablespoon cooking wine
+ Ginger, green onion
+ Spices: salt, pepper powder, MSG
How to make braised eel with squash:
Step 1: Clean the eel, rub it with salt to remove impurities and reduce the fishy smell. Cut the eel into 5cm long pieces, add a little salt, pepper powder and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for about 30 minutes to absorb. While waiting, peel the squash, wash it and cut it into bite-sized pieces, set aside.
Step 2: After marinating the eel, fry it with a few cloves of garlic until both sides are golden brown. Then, put the fried eel in the pot, add a moderate amount of boiling water, a little pepper, ginger, cover the pot and start boiling over high heat.
Step 3: After boiling for about 20 minutes, add the squash to the pot and continue to simmer for 10 minutes. When scooping into a bowl, sprinkle with goji berries and chopped green onions to enhance the delicious flavor of the dish.
