On the training ground, whether under the blazing sun or in the sudden rains of the Southwest, the crews always uphold the spirit of "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain, practicing enthusiastically", constantly improving their ability to master the weapons and technical equipment available. The result of 90% of the crew achieving good and excellent results, with 86% destroying the target in the first round of fire in the 2B shooting practice test is a clear demonstration of the solid and substantial training quality of the 416th Armored Brigade; a vivid symbol of the "fire and steel" spirit of the Armored soldiers of the Southwest region, always ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to building and protecting the Fatherland in the new situation.
