Rescue forces urgently help people on Nguyen Tai Street escape flood
Storm No. 10 raged all night, causing the entire row of drinking establishments on Nguyen Tai walking street, Truong Vinh ward to be damaged and destroyed. Heavy rain in the early morning swept many items left on the canal into Nai bridge canal, causing blockage of the flow and quickly flooding dozens of households here. Unable to handle many bulky items in the storm, while the water level rose rapidly, people had to call the rescue force.
