In the North, since last night, October 21, cold air has covered the entire region. Early this morning, Hanoi and the Northern Delta were chilly, with the lowest temperature being only 19-22 degrees Celsius. Temperatures in the midlands and mountainous areas in the North were 17-19 degrees Celsius. However, this afternoon, the North had light sunshine and was dry, so the cold feeling decreased quickly. In the evening and at night, the cold air increased again, causing many places to turn slightly cold. Northeast wind level 3.
In the Central region, the storm cloud mass from the East Sea is currently moving inland, combined with the cold air strengthening down. From this afternoon, the provinces from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai will start to have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, some places will have very heavy to extremely heavy rain from the night of October 22 to early tomorrow morning, October 23.

The South and Central Highlands have little rain this morning, only scattered in some places in An Giang province. However, from this afternoon and evening, convective clouds will develop again, causing widespread showers and thunderstorms in the South. The Central Highlands has places with strong thunderstorms with lightning and gusts of wind. Common temperatures in the South are 24-32 degrees Celsius, and in the Central Highlands are 20-27 degrees Celsius.
