A familiar dish in Hanoi that makes Korean guests order two servings to satisfy their cravings

(Dan Tri) - A famous Korean YouTuber recently traveled to Vietnam. In Hanoi, she enjoyed many dishes that she had been craving for a long time.

Suhyang is a famous Korean food content creator, whose YouTube channel has attracted more than 716,000 subscribers. Not long ago, she took a trip to Vietnam, with the first destination being the capital Hanoi.

Before getting off the plane, Suhyang expressed her excitement about enjoying many dishes in Vietnam. She said the dish she was most looking forward to was pho.

On her first evening in the capital, Suhyang went to a pho restaurant on the sidewalk of Tran Nhat Duat street (Hoan Kiem ward, Hanoi ), near the hotel where she was staying.

Here, the female YouTuber ordered two bowls of pho: One bowl of rare beef pho for 45,000 VND and one bowl of special pho for 70,000 VND with all kinds of rare meat, well-done meat, beef in red wine sauce...

"This is the Vietnamese dish I've been craving for so long," Suhyang excitedly shared before starting to enjoy it.

When tasting the rare beef pho, the female YouTuber gave many compliments. The broth was clear, rich in beef flavor, the noodles were soft and smooth, the beef was rare and cooked just right, not tough or dry. She also skillfully added lemon, pepper, and chili sauce to the pho bowl like a local, and commented that the pho tasted much better than the original.

After enjoying the first bowl of pho, Suhyang continued to eat the special bowl of pho. Putting the meat in her mouth and enjoying it, the Korean girl kept exclaiming. She said that the meat looked dry on the outside, but when eaten, it was very soft.

"I ate quite a lot but I always felt full of meat," the female YouTuber humorously shared.

According to Suhyang, the highlight of both pho dishes is the beef-flavored broth, which makes her want to eat continuously without stopping. Not only does she praise the pho as delicious, she also rates Hanoi pho as affordable and reasonable, the portion is quite full, the aroma is rich and attractive, and it is easily accessible to many tourists.

The female YouTuber affirmed that if she has the opportunity to return to Vietnam, she will definitely visit this familiar restaurant.

During her days in Hanoi, Suhyang not only stopped at enjoying pho, but also experienced many other street foods such as banh mi nem khoai, pho tron, fried rice with beef and cucumber...

She also did not forget to try the popular drinks that young people in Hanoi love such as lemon tea and corn milk, contributing to enriching her culinary experience in Vietnam.
