Organizing the Science Film Festival

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued Decision No. 3501/QD - BVHTTDL on organizing the Science Film Festival.

Pursuant to Circular No. 17/2022/TT-BVHTTDL dated December 27, 2022 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism stipulating document templates in cinema activities; Considering the proposal of the Goethe Institute in Vietnam in the Application dated September 22, 2025; At the request of the Director of the Department of Cinema; The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision to organize the Science Film Festival.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism allows the Goethe Institute in Vietnam to organize the Science Film Festival scheduled from October 1 to December 31, 2025 at schools and libraries nationwide.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requires that films are only allowed to be shown within the framework of the program when they have a Film Classification License. The Chief of the Ministry's Office, Director of the Department of Cinema, Director of the Department of International Cooperation, Director of the Goethe Institute in Vietnam and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
