Who was the male singer who first brought reformed opera into promotional music?

For the first time, a music product with a reformed melody received much attention from the audience.

Towards the 69th anniversary of the Vietnam Youth Union's Tradition Day on October 15, male singer Minh Sang has just released the MV "Brightening Vietnamese Youth". The song was composed by young musician Phuoc Nguyen, carrying a vibrant and heroic spirit, aiming at today's young generation and the whole nation to enter a new era.

Notably, the modern melody combined with the mixed operatic section and the performance of Meritorious Artist Vo Minh Lam creates a unique and fresh highlight for the song.

Talking about this unique combination, Minh Sang wants to renew his products with traditional ethnic sounds.

"The blend of modern vocals and emotional cải lương not only brings new musical value, but also evokes the spirit of national solidarity, where tradition and innovation blend together in a youthful and sustainable Vietnamese identity," said the male singer.

Meritorious Artist Vo Minh Lam shared that he is very willing and devoted all his efforts to accompany this music project because he is "always impressed with Minh Sang's energy and enthusiasm". He wants to convey his love for his homeland and country and encourage young people to constantly strive to improve.

The MV "Bright Youth of Vietnam" marks the 20-year milestone of Minh Sang pursuing music. Starting from the Voice of the Voice contest on Ho Chi Minh City People's Radio in 2007, Minh Sang was loved by the audience when participating in many competitions.

He participated in The Voice 2013, was in the top 4 of Dam Vinh Hung's team and continued to leave an impression on the public in the first season of X Factor . After that, Minh Sang continued to win the runner-up prize in Nguoi chuyen tinh 2019, and the first prize in Toa sang sao doi 2022.

The nearly 3 years of accompanying the band AYOR is also considered a memorable career milestone for Minh Sang.

Minh Sang once had a period of "hiding" to pursue business.

Behind that success is a path full of hardships, sweat and tears, and the singer's relentless efforts. When the time was favorable, Minh Sang suddenly almost disappeared from the music scene to change to business.

The singer born in 1984 has many different jobs, especially developing in the spa and fashion business fields. Minh Sang shared that when he turned to a new field, he also faced many difficulties and pressures when he had to get used to business while maintaining his singing career.

He once confided: “I am grateful for the time I took a break from singing for nearly 2 years to focus on my business. That was when I learned discipline, how to plan my artistic path, and not just sing according to inspiration.”

However, that silence did not extinguish the passion in Minh Sang, but on the contrary, helped him redefine himself more deeply, become more sober and mature enough to return firmly.

Over the years, Minh Sang has been associated with the Ho Chi Minh City Arts Center. He is recognized for his dedication, willing to be everywhere to bring his voice to the audience.
