In 2024, Hanoi National University organized 6 HSA exams with over 100,000 candidates. Of which, 21 candidates were disciplined.
Statistics from the Testing Center show that 32,470 candidates took the exam twice (accounting for 32.2%). The Center assessed that the group of candidates taking the exam for the second time had their scores changed by 75 to 80 points. The reason was due to technical errors, which were overcome by taking online reference tests.
The statistics of the exam results of candidates from 15 northern provinces and cities with over 2,000 students taking the exam are arranged in order of average score. The average score is calculated by dividing the total score of candidates with permanent residence in the province or city by the total number of candidates. The position or ranking of the provinces and cities according to the exam results is a relative comparison, depending on the exam scores of each candidate and the number of students taking the exam.
Of which, Nam Dinh (usurping Vinh Phuc in 2023) is the province with the highest average score compared based on the HSA average score in 2024.
Specifically, the average score rankings of HSA candidates in localities in 2024 are as follows:
Of the 10 high schools with candidates achieving the highest average scores, 9 are specialized high schools in the localities.
In 2024, Hanoi National University will organize 6 exams, corresponding to 6 valedictorians. Of which, Thai Binh province has 2 valedictorians:
