Improve the quality of management in the fields of culture, sports and tourism

DNO - On September 10, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang city organized a training course on state management associated with decentralization, delegation of authority, administrative procedure settlement process and professional skills in the fields of culture, sports, tourism, family and information - press - publishing.

The training course took place over 3 days (September 10-12) in person and online, with the participation of the chairman and vice chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level; head and deputy head of the cultural and social department at the commune level and civil servants assigned to the fields of culture, sports and tourism.

In the context of the city implementing a two-level local government model, the training course aims to equip and raise awareness and knowledge for officials and civil servants in the city on decentralization and delegation of power in state management in the fields of culture, sports, tourism , family and information - press - publishing.

Ensure that cadres, civil servants and public employees comply with regulations, processes, administrative procedures and professional skills in the process of handling work for people and businesses. At the same time, enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of state management at the local level.

The training content focuses on regulations on decentralization and delegation of powers in state management in the management field; processes and procedures for implementing decentralization and delegation of powers; responsibilities of relevant agencies and units in implementing decentralization and delegation of powers; and implementation of professional expertise in the fields of culture, sports and tourism, family, information - press - publishing.

Procedures for handling administrative procedures such as: implementing a set of administrative procedures related to the field of operation of the industry and the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones; providing instructions on the process, documents and time to handle each type of procedure; updating new regulations on administrative procedures.
