Chien Dan commune union introduced 46 outstanding union members to the Party.

DNO - On the morning of October 5, the Chien Dan Commune Youth Union held its first Congress (term 2025 - 2030). Mr. Nguyen Ba Duan, Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union, Chairman of the Youth Union of Da Nang City attended.

During the past term, Chien Dan Commune Youth Union carried out many practical volunteer activities, such as: building 15 "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful Youth" roads, planting flowers and trees, installing 12 lighting lines, propaganda billboards, with a budget of 500 million VND; the voluntary blood donation movement attracted a large number of youth union members to participate, donating 170 units of blood.

The union members actively participate in maintaining security and order, traffic safety, and preventing social evils through self-managed security teams and distributing propaganda leaflets. Social security work is focused on with many activities: free medical examination and treatment, visiting and giving gifts to policy families, caring for the lonely, disadvantaged children, Agent Orange victims and supporting Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; helping 9 poor and near-poor households escape poverty....

The whole commune has formed over 200 economic models owned by youth, with 2 products achieving OCOP standards. The commune Youth Union supported 35 youths to borrow capital from the Social Policy Bank with a total amount of over 2.3 billion VND.

The campaign “Union members strive to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam ” has been widely deployed, becoming the goal of each union member. In the past 3 years, the Commune Union has introduced over 90 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration and training, and admitted 46 comrades to the Party.

In the 16 targets set for the 2025 - 2030 term, Chien Dan commune youth strive to plant 5,000 trees and introduce 15-20 outstanding union members to attend Party sympathy classes; over 70% of outstanding union members are considered for admission by the Party Committee. Every year, the commune level and 100% of the youth union branches have 1-2 projects and tasks for youth to participate in maintaining and improving the quality of new rural criteria, building model new rural residential areas, applying science and technology, digital transformation, etc.
