The program is built on the basis of reference teaching materials that must be appraised by the Ministry of Education and Training or evaluated by the Department of Education and Training for quality and must meet the requirements of enhanced foreign language teaching, organizing communication with foreigners, helping students develop good skills, especially listening and speaking skills.
The school principal is responsible for monitoring collection activities to find solutions to prevent the situation of collecting money from students who participate but do not organize teaching or do not teach enough committed hours or organize teaching for students but do not pay remuneration to related individuals and units.
