Accordingly, in the past school year, the District Department of Education and Training continued to implement the Directives and plans of the City Party Committee and People's Committee on building and improving the quality of comprehensive education . Schools have implemented solutions and spread the message of the Minister of Education and Training about the three words "safety" in schools: "Students must be safe when going to school - Teachers must be safe - Parents must be secure when sending their children to school".

The application of information technology and digital transformation in the field of education and training has received attention, digital signatures have been deployed synchronously to schools. The Department of Education and Training of Dong Da district was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee for its achievements in the pilot implementation of digital transcripts for the 2023-2024 school year. 100% of schools implemented writing experience initiatives with 768/884 experience initiatives classified as Achieved at the district level; 79.6% of experience initiatives classified as Achieved at the city level.

The Department of Education and Training of Dong Da district has done a good job of discovering, fostering, summarizing and replicating many advanced models, examples of "Good people, good deeds". The People's Committee of the district has awarded 105 individuals with the title of "Good people, good deeds" at the district level. The Department of Education and Training of the district has introduced 18 examples of teachers and staff "Good people, good deeds", 47 articles were praised for their content, 157 individuals had good articles in the movement of implementing the Writing Contest on Advanced Models, Good People, Good Deeds in the patriotic emulation movement, "Good Teaching, Good Learning", "Innovation and Creativity in Teaching and Learning".

The 2023-2024 school year is the year in which the District People's Committee focuses on investing heavily in facilities for schools, implementing many projects: renovating and upgrading; building new schools; expanding schools... As of September 2024, the total number of public schools in the district (preschool, primary school, secondary school) meeting National Standards is 47/61 schools (reaching a rate of 77.05%)... In the 2023-2024 school year, the District Education and Training Department was commended by the Department of Education and Training for 12/13 excellent emulation indicators.

Focus on implementing 10 key tasks

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of Dong Da District Party Committee Dinh Truong Tho expressed his recognition, praise and congratulations on the results and achievements of the District Education and Training Department in the 2023-2024 school year. According to Secretary of Dong Da District Party Committee, the success of the 2023-2024 school year has created motivation for the entire District Education and Training Department to continue implementing the tasks of the 2024-2025 school year with 10 identified key tasks.

The District Party Secretary suggested that the Party Committee, government and the Department of Education and Training in the district actively mobilize investment resources for educational development, continue to review the school network planning, build schools that meet national standards, and increase investment in facilities and equipment to serve teaching and learning activities of schools.
