At the festival, in addition to the exciting performances and sports competitions, there were also competitions in pounding rice and cooking rice quickly, traditional culinary competitions and the restoration and reenactment of traditional rituals of ethnic minorities. These competitions also attracted hundreds of eyes focused on each beat of the pestle, mortar and the nimble hands of the women, men and children skillfully winnowing each bunch of paddy to produce rice as quickly as possible, with the best weight and quality.

Next to it are stoves, bamboo tubes, banana leaves, and pandan leaves that have been prepared by the teams for the traditional culinary competition. This is also an opportunity to meet relatives and neighbors near and far, invite them to the camp to have a meal, drink a cup of rice wine to strengthen the bond of love.

Coming to the festival, visitors can also immerse themselves in traditional culture and enjoy the wine of Can wine.

On this occasion, many localities introduced traditional cultural spaces such as: Central Highlands gongs, Then singing and Tinh lute of the Tay and Nung ethnic groups, Khua Luong of the Thai ethnic group; re-enactment of the Rain and Harvest Worshiping Festival of the M'nong, Mong and Dao ethnic groups; pole-raising contest, traditional house simulation... bearing the identity of the residents on the Dak Nong plateau.

Along with many attractive cultural activities, the festival also has a display and introduction of local specialties and OCOP products such as: Macadamia, longan, pepper, deer antlers soaked in honey, coffee... This is also an opportunity for ethnic minorities in the province to promote local specialties and typical tourism products.
