Regarding the Ecotourism, resort and entertainment project at Tan Phu Protective Forest Management Board, period 2021-2030, approved by Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee in 2023, Tan Phu Protective Forest Management Board has signed with The Coi - Dong Nai Joint Stock Company a contract to lease the forest environment with 10 tourist spots in Dinh Quan district (old) with an area of over 417 hectares.
Up to now, forest owners and forest environment lessees are carrying out the following procedures related to planning adjustments and supplements; support for site clearance, resettlement of people, etc.

For the Da Chong National Scenic Area in Dinh Quan Commune, the work of planning to preserve and promote the scenic relics, on that basis, calling for investors to participate in developing tourism in Da Chong Area in accordance with legal regulations. The People's Committee of Dinh Quan Commune is adjusting the land use planning and the Da Chong scenic conservation planning, soon putting the project into operation in the near future.

In Xuan Loc commune, the urban and tourism development project at Chua Chan mountain and Nui Le lake has been updated with a total area of about 1,450 hectares. In which, phase 1 invests in the Chua Chan mountain peak area and Nui Le lake area, phase 2 invests in the area around Chua Chan mountain.
Up to now, the projects have been added to the list of projects requiring land acquisition to carry out the investor selection process in 2024 in Dong Nai province. After having an investor, the environmental impact assessment will be approved and the construction permit will be issued to start the project.
Nui Le Lake Urban Area Project with an area of over 252 hectares. The project is in line with the planning of Dong Nai province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, approved by the Prime Minister and ensures synchronization with other types of planning according to the provisions of law. However, the project still has some problems in the process of completing the dossier, which are continuing to be processed.
Speaking at the working session, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son highly appreciated the efforts of localities in actively implementing solutions and promoting the progress of tourism projects in the province.
In order to resolve the difficulties that the localities have just reported, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and localities to continue to focus on coordination and promote development projects. Specifically, for projects in the Chua Chan mountain area and Nui Le lake, it is necessary to strengthen the review of preparation steps on paperwork procedures, ensuring legal completion for the projects before submitting them to the Provincial People's Council for approval. Note that spontaneous constructions should not arise.
Regarding the resort tourism project at Tan Phu Protective Forest Management Board, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Currently, according to regulations, localities have been specifically decentralized and delegated powers, on that basis, they will carry out tasks according to regulations. Provincial leaders will survey and work specifically to remove bottlenecks, re-activate tourism projects to be launched soon, ensuring the progress of tourism projects in the province.
