(CLO) Hanoi Food Culture Festival 2024 brings together dishes imbued with Vietnamese identity and introduces the culinary cultures of many countries around the world .

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a Plan on organizing the Hanoi Culinary Culture Festival 2024.

Accordingly, with the theme "Hanoi connects five continents", the Hanoi Food Culture Festival 2024 brings together booths from embassies of countries in Vietnam, typical traditional craft villages of Hanoi, and typical culinary products of localities.

The international culinary area introduces typical dishes of each country and displays typical items and products of each country. The space that recreates the culinary culture of each country not only brings visitors culinary experiences but also the cultural identity of each country, all blending together in each traditional and modern flavor.

The area introducing typical culinary culture spaces of traditional craft villages and performances by artisans will recreate the space imbued with the traditional craft villages associated with Hanoi's typical culinary heritage.

Among them, we can mention the culinary dishes: Hanoi Pho, West Lake shrimp cakes, Phu Do vermicelli, Uoc Le sausage, Vong village green rice, Me Tri green rice, sticky rice, Phu Thuong sweet soup, Tranh Khuc square sticky rice cake, Phung spring rolls, Quan Ganh sticky rice cake, Phu Nhi rice cake, Quang Phu Cau go porridge, Ha Mo se porridge, So village vermicelli...

Coming to the Festival, visitors will experience the product introduction area and enjoy cuisine with experiential activities, where the quintessence and uniqueness of local cuisine are gathered and have the opportunity to enjoy and experience Vietnamese culinary culture.

In addition to culinary spaces, the festival also has a photo exhibition area, a mobile book exhibition on culture, arts and tourism; folk games, traditional and modern art performances.

In particular, it is expected that on November 30, 2024, there will be a discussion and exchange on improving the quality of human resources - developing culinary culture.

The program creates conditions for embassies of countries, localities, businesses, organizations and individuals to meet, promote products, sign business cooperation agreements and expand markets.

The 2024 Hanoi Food Culture Festival will take place over 3 days, from November 29 to December 1, 2024 at Thong Nhat Park, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi. Activities will take place from 9:00 to 22:00 to serve visitors.
