NTO - Urgently complete the content of the Grape Festival organization

On June 2, comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting to listen to a report on the organization of the ceremony to receive the UNESCO certificate inscribing "Cham pottery art on the List of intangible cultural heritage in need of urgent protection" and the Ninh Thuan Grape - Wine Festival in 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the festival). Attending were leaders of relevant departments, branches, localities and units.

Up to now, the departments, branches and localities assigned tasks in Plan No. 1080/KH-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee have basically ensured the content and progress of assigned work. In particular, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has announced the adjustment of the time to organize a number of activities within the framework of the 2nd Ninh Thuan Ethnic Cultural Beauty Contest in 2023, established specialized teams to serve the contest and established the Jury for the qualifying round of the contest; announced the amendment and supplementation of the Charter of the Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan Cycling Race in 2023 and established the Organizing Committee of the race; assigned tasks to members of the Organizing Committee of the Food Festival; deployed the issuance of invitations and confirmed delegates attending the opening and closing ceremony of the festival. The People's Committee of Bac Ai district adjusted the time to organize the activities of the Raglai Cultural Festival from June 12, 2023 to June 13, 2023; Activities to promote and introduce Phuoc Binh tourist destination were held on June 14, 2023. The Department of Industry and Trade mobilized and invited 194 booths and 500 square meters of vacant land, completed the zoning, detailed diagram of the fair booths, booth setup plan and design of the fair welcome gates, invitations to the fair opening...

Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to continue working with tourism accommodation businesses on arranging and supporting accommodation for delegates attending the festival; urgently confirm delegates attending the opening ceremony of the festival; complete contents related to: Food Festival, Workshop on preserving and promoting the value of "Cham's pottery art", Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan Road Cycling Race, Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan Open Off-Road Car - Motorcycle Race on Sand, 2nd Ninh Thuan Province Ethnic Cultural Beauty Contest in 2023. The Provincial People's Committee Office completed the training of volunteers to participate as coordinators to guide and support visiting delegations; implement reception, logistics, and means of transporting delegates; send invitations to the opening and closing ceremonies of the event to delegates as assigned. Ninh Thuan Radio and Television Station continues to coordinate with representatives of VTV9 production crew and event organizers to unify related content to be implemented in the live program; has a document requesting provincial and city stations to broadcast live the program channel of Ninh Thuan (NTV). The program production consulting unit speeds up the installation and construction of the stage on schedule, ensuring the event takes place safely and successfully.
