At the conference, representatives of the General Statistics Office announced and presented decisions on accepting and appointing the position of Chief Statistical Officer of Dong Nai province to Mr. Cao Dang Vien (former Head of the General Statistics Office of Phu Yen province); announced and presented decisions on appointing Deputy Chief Statistical Officers of Dong Nai province to Ms. Le Thi Hoa Hong, Mr. Kieu Huu Quang and Mr. Do Khac Tuan.

Speaking at the conference, Director of the General Statistics Office Nguyen Thi Huong emphasized: Dong Nai Provincial Statistics Office needs to quickly stabilize its organization. All civil servants and employees of Dong Nai Provincial Statistics Office need to deeply understand the functions, requirements and tasks in the short term as well as in the long term; build solidarity and high unity, create a combined strength, overcome difficulties, help each other in work to successfully complete political tasks right from the beginning.

In particular, as the leader, the Chief Statistics Officer of Dong Nai province needs to urgently develop working regulations, clearly defining the responsibilities and scope of work of each department and position, ensuring the principle of "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear completion time", with the viewpoint of "one job, one focal point to avoid overlap"...
