Mr. Tran Tien Loi is the Chairman of Dak Lak Real Estate Association, Term II.

On the afternoon of September 26, at Dam San Hotel, Dak Lak Real Estate Association held the 2nd Congress, term 2025-2029.

Attending the Congress were comrade Ho Thi Nguyen Thao, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management, Vietnam Real Estate Brokers Association, Vietnam Real Estate Association; representatives of departments, branches and localities.

During the 2022-2025 term, Dak Lak Real Estate Association has strived to maintain stable operations with 154 members; organized many specialized clubs such as: Legal Club, Brokerage Club, Golf Club, Eastern Dak Lak Real Estate Club, Investment Promotion Board... The Association has implemented many activities to support members such as: training, capacity building for members; connecting trade and promoting trade; dialogue, removing difficulties for businesses; seminars, specialized discussions on the real estate market; cooperation in financial and legal support for members; activities to contribute ideas, criticize policies and dialogue with the government... In addition, Dak Lak Real Estate Association also actively participates in many social security activities with a total budget of about 500 million VND.

The Executive Committee of Dak Lak Real Estate Association, term II, 2025-2029, was introduced at the Congress.

The Congress unanimously elected the Executive Committee for the 2nd term, 2025-2029, consisting of 17 members, with Mr. Tran Tien Loi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thai Hoa Investment Group Joint Stock Company, as Chairman of the Association.

Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Thi Nguyen Thao presented flowers to congratulate the Congress.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Ho Thi Nguyen Thao, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, highly appreciated the efforts of the real estate business community that have been contributing to changing the urban landscape; improving people's lives and creating revenue for the provincial budget.

Collectives and individuals received certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for their many contributions during the 2022-2025 term.

In the coming term, Dak Lak Real Estate Association needs to build a strong and professional association; proactively grasp and promptly reflect the difficulties of enterprises. The Association needs to further strengthen its role in consulting and criticizing policies, planning, and laws on land, housing, and investment; actively organize seminars, forums, promote investment, connect businesses inside and outside the province; build a civilized and healthy competitive real estate market.

Dak Lak province is committed to always accompanying and supporting businesses to create a favorable, transparent and stable investment environment, especially in synchronous planning, infrastructure development, attracting investment in social housing projects and new urban areas; aiming to form a sustainable real estate market with a long-term vision, closely linked to the overall planning and socio-economic development strategy of the province to 2030, with a vision to 2050.
