Tan An Ward: Opening of elementary cosmetic makeup class for women in ethnic minority areas

On the evening of September 27, at the Ju village cultural house, Tan An Ward People's Committee and Vu Nguyen Bio Company Limited organized the opening ceremony of a basic cosmetic makeup class for students from ethnic minority areas.

The class had 35 students who were members of the Ju village women’s association. Most of the students were young and wanted to learn a trade to create jobs and improve their income.

Delegates and students attended the opening ceremony of the elementary cosmetic makeup class.

The elementary training program for cosmetic makeup is managed by Vu Nguyen Bio Company Limited.

In 3 months, students will learn general knowledge about makeup, makeup techniques and makeup ideas. At the end of the elementary vocational course, students will reach the level of competency of a technician working in a makeup facility.

Accordingly, students will understand the main content of the job of a makeup technician; describe the basic structure and characteristics of the face for appropriate makeup; evaluate and classify makeup styles; master the skin care process before and after makeup. In terms of skills, students will proficiently use makeup tools; perform personal makeup techniques and advanced makeup.

Representatives of Vu Nguyen Bio Company Ltd. presented flowers to thank the local authorities and the Party Committee of Ju village for accompanying them in the organization and opening of the class.

The vocational training class is implemented from Sub-project 3, Project 5, National target program on socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021 - 2030 (Program 1719). Students participating in the class will be exempted from tuition fees, provided with practice tools and other support regimes according to regulations.

In addition, students who successfully complete the course will be recruited by Vu Nguyen Bio Company Limited to work at the company, connected with job referrals or supported with start-up loans to open their own makeup salon with capital up to 30 million VND.
