After that, the ferry was preparing to pick up passengers to Cat Ba Island when it suddenly encountered an accident, flooding the cabin. |
Immediately after discovering the incident, Dong Bai ferry operators asked passengers to return to the wharf and urgently took rescue and remedial measures. |
Rescue forces organized rescue measures. A passenger on the ferry said that fortunately, when arriving at the port, the vehicles and tourists were able to board the ferry in time. After that, the ferry encountered an accident, so there was no loss of life or property. |
