In addition to the fine, St.Paul Clinic was also stripped of its license to operate a urology clinic belonging to this company for 2 months and forced to remove, dismantle, and delete advertisements whose content had not been confirmed by a competent state agency before implementation.

Also during this period, the Department Inspectorate fined Nhat Anh General Clinic Company Limited at 20 Ngo Quyen (Ward 6, District 5) a total of 127 million VND for violations of not registering to practice medical examination and treatment, not having enough basic information, not ensuring one of the following conditions after being granted a license to practice medical examination and treatment, using people without a certificate to practice medical examination and treatment, not preparing enough essential medicines to treat patients, and hanging a signboard without enough basic information.
The Department Inspectorate has revoked the right to use the medical examination and treatment license of the facility and the right to use the medical examination and treatment practice certificate of the person responsible for the facility's technical expertise for 6 months.
In addition, KOVIBE Trading and Service Joint Stock Company at 7 Tran Quang Dieu (Ward 14, District 3) was also fined a total of VND95 million for using drugs, substances, and devices to interfere with the human body; and advertising special products, goods, and services without the content being confirmed by the competent authority.
