Artist Mai Long - director and actor appears as Don, a witness and indirectly involved in the dark plots, but in the end is the one who contributes to bringing everything to light.

In addition, Meritorious Artist Kim Xuyen plays the role of the water seller, a supporting but colorful character, bringing a breath of everyday life and warm moments of silence between the drama of the film.

The film is a blend of love, forgiveness, ambition and corruption, where each character must face the choice of “keeping or letting go”.

Director - screenwriter Mai Long devoted a lot of heart to this TV series with the hope that when watching, the audience can find sympathy and faith in kind things, especially learning how to let go of pain and retain humanity.

Mr. Quoc Hung - the producer's representative who also plays the role of the abbot of the temple, said that the film conveys the message that letting go is not weakness, but courage, only when letting go of resentment, can people find true peace. Forgiveness is the path to freedom, forgiving others is also freeing oneself from the darkness of the past. Humanity is a value that never grows old, even in the midst of calculations and lies, human love still has the strongest saving power.

Meritorious Artist Tien Quang expressed his emotion when participating in this project: “This is a rare opportunity for me to transform into a veteran - someone who has experienced the battlefield and suffered many losses. I am truly moved to relive the emotions of a soldier, and at the same time work in a team that brings together so many People's Artists and Meritorious Artists.”

The film "Let Go" also expresses gratitude to those who have contributed to the country as well as contributes to spreading and honoring the beauty of nature and people of Vietnam.

The 90-minute film is expected to be broadcast on several TV channels during the Lunar New Year 2026.
