Disseminate new tax policies and dialogue, answer questions for taxpayers

(GLO)- On the morning of June 18, the Tax Department of Region XIV held an online conference with 26 points in the region to propagate and disseminate new tax policies and dialogue, answer questions for taxpayers for the first time in 2025.

At the conference, representatives of the Tax Department of Region XIV informed businesses, organizations and individual taxpayers in the area under the management of the department about the Law on Value Added Tax (VAT) No. 48/2024/QH15, effective from July 1, 2025. Also at the conference, delegates were informed of some warnings when using invoices to deduct tax and refund tax on agricultural products; some new tax policies taking effect in 2025 and common mistakes of businesses through inspection and examination work.

Through the conference, we aim to create favorable conditions for taxpayers to access and grasp new tax policies, and promptly answer and resolve difficulties, problems and recommendations of taxpayers in implementing legal regulations.
