Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu A Bang presented gifts and New Year wishes to Mr. Tran Van Ca, a war invalid of Noong Het commune.

Visiting and wishing a happy new year to 3 families of wounded and sick soldiers in Noong Het commune, including: Mr. Pham Tien Tam's family, 61% wounded soldier, Van Bien village; Mrs. Chu Thi Thuc's family, 21% wounded soldier, Tan Lap village and Mr. Tran Van Ca's family, 66% wounded soldier, village 24, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu A Bang wished the wounded and sick soldiers good health; encouraged the families to continue promoting revolutionary traditions, educating their children and grandchildren to contribute to building the locality to develop more and more.

At the families of Dien Bien veterans, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inquired about their health and economic conditions and wished the families a happy and prosperous new year. He expressed his deep gratitude to the Dien Bien veterans and their families who have devoted and sacrificed for the Fatherland.
