Offering incense and laying wreaths at the Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs' Temple and at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs at A1 Martyrs' Cemetery, the delegates expressed their deep gratitude to the heroes and martyrs, the outstanding sons of the nation who did not hesitate to sacrifice their blood and bones for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland , for the happiness of the people. The noble sacrifices of the heroes and martyrs contributed to the Dien Bien Phu victory "famous in five continents, shaking the earth", so that today the homeland and country are on the journey of development, the lives of the people are increasingly prosperous and happy.

Before the heroic martyrs, delegates vow to unite, strive to cultivate revolutionary ethics, constantly study and strive to protect the achievements of the revolution, be proactive and creative, and build an increasingly prosperous and beautiful homeland.
