Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Hai Chau, Standing Deputy Secretary of Quang Binh Province, affirmed that this is a significant political event, marking the maturity and growth of Minh Hoa district in the process of construction and development. In order for Minh Hoa to have a strong transformation, he requested the Party Committee, government and people of Minh Hoa to effectively implement programs on socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas, on sustainable poverty reduction, associated with preserving and promoting the unique cultural values ​​of Minh Hoa land and people.
