The highlight of this series of events is the Ha Long 2025 concert taking place on October 29, at October 30 Square (Ha Long ward) bringing together famous singers and influential artists such as: Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, Tung Duong, Vo Ha Tram, Noo Phuoc Thinh, Duc Phuc, Phuong My Chi, Dong Hung, Bao Anh, Phuong Ly, Nguyen Hung... along with actors and artists of Quang Ninh province. The program is expected to attract 30,000 spectators - the largest audience ever and millions of viewers on television and digital platforms. Free tickets are distributed to people and tourists inside and outside the province.
Along with that, the Quang Ninh OCOP Fair - Autumn Winter 2025 takes place from October 28 to November 3, at the Quang Ninh Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace (Tran Quoc Nghien Street, Ha Long Ward) with a scale of over 160 booths, meeting the shopping needs of people and tourists at the end of the year.
In October-November 2025, the province will focus on organizing activities: The province's common exhibition space at the Exhibition of achievements in socio -economic development of Quang Ninh province for 5 years (2020 - 2025); Cultural and Sports Festival of the province's ethnic groups; art program to celebrate the 89th anniversary of the Mining Workers' Traditional Day - Coal Industry Tradition; Food Festival; Dragon Boat Racing Festival "Dragon Bay Overcoming Waves"; Ethnic Festival "Dragon Bay Convergence"; Ethnic music and dance shows; Quang Ninh Culinary Festival 2025 and the "Ha Long Foodtour" series; Grand Slam Halong Bay with Korea program (expected); Ha Long Bay Heritage International Marathon... In particular, the first National Travel Forum, scheduled to be held in Quang Ninh in mid-November, will create opportunities for connection and cooperation for hundreds of large domestic and foreign travel agencies.
Particularly at Yen Tu relic and scenic area, the Yen Tu autumn festival 2025 is also taking place with the theme "Autumn meditation colors" from now until the end of the year. Within the framework of this year's autumn festival, Yen Tu ward organizes a series of diverse and attractive activities such as: Yen Tu ward logo creation contest; art creation camp about "Yen Tu autumn". In particular, the "Yen Tu Heritage - Touching the Heritage Area" Run, scheduled to take place on November 15-16, 2025, is one of the most anticipated events in this year's festival. Visitors coming here will also experience many tours, unique cultural activities, participate in folk games, enjoy local cuisine , take care of their health with herbs...
By December 2025, events will be held such as: "Shining Dragon Bay" lighting festival, food market, folk music and dance, water music... targeting family guests, young groups traveling for festivals, countdown to welcome Christmas and New Year; ASEAN market (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia), India organizing weddings; Australia - US market for winter break, long-term travel...
The Eastern region with the highlight activity of the Golden Season Festival, held annually in Luc Hon commune. This year's Golden Season Festival will have many attractive activities such as: Provincial women's football tournament; competition of offering trays in the new rice celebration. Localities in this region also build and exploit many eco-tourism products combined with experiences at Cao Ly mountain; develop spiritual and cultural products, associated with traditional history at Cao Ba Lanh peak, watching the grass hills, camping...
Particularly in the first quarter of 2026, entering the festival season, the tourism industry will maximize the flow of family tourists, groups of young people traveling to festivals, spiritual tourists, pilgrimages, and worship at Yen Tu Pagoda, Ba Vang, Cua Ong, Cap Tien Temple, combined with experiencing resort - ecological services in Ha Long, Uong Bi, and Van Don.
Since the beginning of the year, Quang Ninh province has organized over 100 large-scale, vibrant cultural, sports and tourism events, such as Ha Long Carnival, Skywave music festival, Miss Vietnam Global Sea contest, Ha Long Bay Marathon, International Yoga Day... These activities have created strong attraction, contributing to affirming Quang Ninh's position as the leading festival destination in the North.
After 9 months of 2025, Quang Ninh welcomed 17.11 million visitors, completing 2/3 of the yearly plan, up 9% over the same period. Of which, international visitors reached 3.25 million, up 25%; total tourism revenue is estimated at 4,250 billion VND.
The series of unique cultural, sports, culinary and art events and festivals organized by Quang Ninh will create new and diverse experiences for tourists. At the same time, the province will combine upgrading products, services and applying digital technology to improve service quality. Thereby, maintaining growth momentum and promoting strong attraction of tourists in the fall and winter of 2025, the Lunar New Year, and the spring festival of 2026; striving to complete the goal of welcoming over 20 million visitors in 2025, with total tourism revenue reaching 55,000 billion VND. At the same time, contributing to promoting the image and brand of Quang Ninh tourism, strongly affirming the message "Quang Ninh Tourism - Safe, Friendly, Attractive, Professional", gradually positioning itself as a leading destination in Vietnam and the region.
