Quang Ninh: Bringing a person bitten by a poisonous snake from Co To to the mainland for treatment at night

Mr. Dao Manh Hung (born in 2002, living on the big island of Co To in the Co To special zone) was bitten by a cobra and was taken by the Co To Border Guard Station to the Van Don special zone (Quang Ninh) for timely treatment.

Co To Border Guard Station ( Quang Ninh Provincial Border Guard Command) supported bringing victims from Co To special zone to the mainland for treatment, ensuring safety.

At 10:45 p.m. on September 9, Co To Border Guard Station (Quang Ninh Provincial Border Guard Command) received a request for urgent support in bringing people bitten by cobras to the mainland for treatment.

The victim was Mr. Dao Manh Hung (born in 2002, living on Co To island in Co To special zone).

The unit dispatched a 500CV motorboat and 3 officers and soldiers to assist. At 0:27 on September 10, the victim was taken to Van Don Special Zone (Quang Ninh) for timely treatment, ensuring safety.

Previously, on September 5, Co To Border Guard Station also successfully rescued Mr. Pham Van Thanh (born in 1978, residing in Quang Ngai province) while he was operating on ship number QN 41283-TS, about 20 nautical miles southeast of Co To island, when he encountered a health problem. To date, Mr. Thanh's health has stabilized./.
