Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed the correctness of the conclusions of the Politburo , the National Assembly's resolutions, as well as the Government's decrees related to this content.
Acknowledging the results achieved by Da Nang and Khanh Hoa in implementing this policy, the head of the Government said that the process of reviewing and removing difficulties and obstacles for projects is still very slow.

The Prime Minister requested ministries and branches, especially 5 localities (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa and Tay Ninh) to review the backlog and prolonged projects that have been concluded with inspections, examinations and judgments in Conclusion 77 of the Politburo. This must be completed before October 15.
In particular, the Government leader emphasized the need to synthesize and clearly report which projects have been processed, which projects are being processed, and which projects are still stuck. In particular, according to the Prime Minister, it is necessary to direct the reclassification of projects according to authority for resolution.
Previously, the Politburo issued Conclusion No. 77 on solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles related to projects and land in inspection, examination and judgment conclusions in a number of provinces and cities.
The National Assembly then passed Resolution 170, and the Government issued Decrees 76 and 91 to implement the Politburo's policy in Conclusion 77. The Government also established a Steering Committee to resolve difficulties and problems of backlogged projects.
