Arrangement of regional State Audit units under the State Audit

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed and issued Resolution No. 1790/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the number of regional State Audit units under the State Audit.

Arrange regional State Audit units under the State Audit.

Accordingly, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to rearrange the regional State Audit units under the State Audit from 13 units specified in Clause 3, Article 1 of Resolution No. 916/2005/NQ-UBTVQH11 dated September 15, 2005, Article 1 of Resolution No. 1123/NQ-UBTVQH11 dated May 28, 2007 and Clause 1, Article 1 of Resolution No. 1064/NQ-UBTVQH12 dated April 29, 2011 of the National Assembly Standing Committee to 12 units.

The National Assembly Standing Committee assigns the State Auditor General to decide on the location of the headquarters of regional State Audit units to ensure compliance with the actual situation; and to decide on the staffing of each regional State Audit unit within the total staffing of the State Audit assigned by competent authorities.

This Resolution comes into force from the date of approval (August 13, 2025).
