On the afternoon of September 25, under the chairmanship of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man , the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the proposed 2026 Audit Plan, 2025 work report and the State Audit's term work report.

The National Assembly Standing Committee has asked the State Audit to pay more attention to and clarify the audit content related to the real estate market in the 2026 plan.

According to the Delegation Work Committee, through contact with voters, many opinions expressed concerns about the low liquidity of the real estate market and the unreasonable difference between home buying demand and prices.

Although the current housing fund is very large, most of it is in the high-end, expensive segment, not suitable for the financial capacity of the majority of people. Affordable apartments, meeting real needs, are very scarce, causing many social problems.

Therefore, she suggested that the State Audit pay more attention to and clarify the audit content related to the real estate market in the 2026 plan, especially the lending for real estate projects and market liquidity. From there, find out the causes and propose appropriate solutions to meet the wishes of voters.
