On December 13, the People's Committee of Quang Binh province announced that it had issued a document allowing the Management Board of Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park to cooperate with Chua Me Dat Company Limited to continue exploiting the product "Hang Va - Hang Nuoc Nut - different experiences". The exploitation period is from December 15, 2023 until the project of ecotourism, resort and entertainment of Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park for the period 2021 - 2030 is approved.

According to the Quang Binh People's Committee, the eco- tourism product "Va Cave - Nuoc Nut Cave - Different Experiences" is limited to strictly protected zone 2 of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park. This is a nature discovery tour combined with cave tours.
