Sa Pa has another international-class resort project complex

On the morning of October 1, in Sa Pa ward, Alphanam Group held a groundbreaking ceremony and started construction of a luxury hotel and apartment complex project, with a total investment of 5,500 billion VND. This is a project to celebrate the success of the 1st Congress of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

The luxury hotel and apartment complex project located in Muong Hoa International Resort Complex has a total investment of 5,500 billion VND and is expected to be completed in 2027. With a large scale, the Courtyard by Marriott Sa Pa hotel project will provide 316 hotel rooms, 192 apartments and 9 bungalows; the Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy Sapa project has a scale of 354 luxury apartments and 18 townhouses.

The Courtyard by Marriott Sa Pa hotel project is expected to be a highlight of the international-class resort in Sa Pa.

Alphanam Group started construction of the Courtyard by Marriott Sa Pa hotel project and the Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy Sapa apartment complex project.

Previously, last July, Alphanam Group started two projects with a total investment of 4,300 billion VND, which are Sofitel Sapa Hotel & Residences and Holiday Inn Resort Sapa project.
