Schneider Electric Vietnam receives the 2023 Leadership Excellence Award

Schneider Electric, a global leader in digital transformation of energy management and automation, was honored with the 2023 Leadership Excellence Award in the People Champion category at the Vietnam Excellence Summit organized by Anphabe.

The award recognizes Schneider Electric's efforts in continuously improving human resources policies and building a sustainable management model to develop a talented team with the ability to quickly adapt to the constant changes of the times.

Schneider Electric Vietnam affirms its strategy of enhancing the internal strength of operating a business of more than 1,000 employees through applying the 4L leadership and human development model, specifically:
