Lang Son Provincial Department of Finance met and expressed gratitude to generations of retired cadres on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Finance Sector (August 28, 1945 - August 28, 2025)

This is an opportunity for the officers, civil servants and employees of the Department of Finance to express their gratitude and respect to generations of leaders, officers and employees who have contributed to the development of the Finance, Planning and Investment sector. At the same time, it is also an opportunity to report on the achievements of the past year and review the good traditions of the sector.

Attending the meeting were comrade Phan Hong Tien, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Finance, former leaders of the Department of Finance, leaders of the Department of Planning and Investment, along with retired officials, civil servants, public employees and leaders of departments under the Department of Finance of Lang Son province.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Duy Sinh - Former Director of the Department of Finance, Head of the Retirement Liaison Committee announced the policy of unifying the establishment of a new Retirement Association of the Department of Finance on the basis of merging the Retirement Association of the Department of Finance (old) and the Retirement Association of the Department of Planning and Investment; The total number of Retirement Association members after the merger is 70 members.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Sinh, Former Director of the Department of Finance, Head of the Liaison Committee of the Retired Association of the Department of Finance, spoke.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Sinh - Former Director of the Department of Finance, Head of the Retirement Liaison Committee, on behalf of all members of the Retirement Association, congratulated the achievements of the Finance sector's officials and civil servants; "We are very pleased that the current generation of Finance sector officials work very professionally, dynamically, creatively, contributing to the success of the sector. For retired officials, we will continue to care, share, contribute ideas and experiences to the development of the Finance sector in particular and the province's economy in general", Mr. Nguyen Duy Sinh expressed.

At the meeting, Director of the Department of Finance Phan Hong Tien briefly reported on the activities, results and achievements of the Department of Finance's staff and civil servants in the past time, especially since the merger of the Department of Finance and the Department of Planning and Investment. On behalf of the leaders, civil servants and employees of the Department of Finance, the Director respectfully sent his gratitude and best wishes to the retired staff for good health, joy and happiness. The Department of Finance always respects, appreciates and expresses gratitude for the contributions, dedication and sacrifices of previous generations; "Those dedications and contributions are a source of encouragement and strength for the next generation to continue to promote and inherit good traditions, and strive to successfully complete assigned tasks".
