Successfully organized the 2025 Business and Cooperative Meeting

On the afternoon of September 12, 2025, the Department of Finance advised the Provincial People's Committee to successfully organize the 2025 Meeting with Enterprises and Cooperatives. Attending the meeting were Mr. Doan Thanh Son, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of leaders of provincial departments and branches, People's Committees of 27 central and border communes and wards of the province. On the business side, there was the participation of the Chairman of the Provincial Business Association, representatives of Provincial Business Associations and Branches, and more than 80 delegates representing typical enterprises and cooperatives in the province.

Comrade Doan Thanh Son, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered the opening speech at the conference.

Implementing Plan No. 204/KH-UBND dated August 3, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on organizing a meeting with enterprises, investors, and cooperatives in 2025. In order to promptly grasp the difficulties and problems of enterprises, investors, and cooperatives in investment, production, and business activities; exchange and listen to the thoughts, aspirations, proposals, and recommendations of enterprises operating in the area; the Department of Finance has presided over and coordinated with relevant agencies to prepare the necessary contents to organize the Conference.

At the conference, delegates listened to the Overview Report on the development situation of enterprises and cooperatives in the province and the results of resolving recommendations of enterprises and cooperatives (in the first months of 2025 and recommendations compiled to organize the Conference) presented by Mr. Ha Manh Cuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance.

Comrade Ha Manh Cuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance reported an overview of the development situation of enterprises and cooperatives.

The results achieved from the beginning of 2025 to the reporting time, the number of newly registered enterprises in the province is 614, reaching 87.7% of the plan, the number of newly established cooperatives is 33, reaching 60% of the plan. All levels and sectors in the province have implemented many solutions to support and develop enterprises and cooperatives in accessing capital sources; organizing training; strengthening investment promotion activities; organizing meetings to remove difficulties for enterprises and cooperatives; focusing on resolving recommendations of enterprises and cooperatives at conferences as well as sending them directly to management agencies... The report also provides the results of supporting enterprises and attracting investment and at the same time points out difficulties and obstacles.

At the conference, agencies and enterprises also gave their opinions on topics such as solutions to overcome difficulties in accessing land, land procedures; the implementation of industrial clusters; the situation of operations, credit capital of banks; advantages and difficulties in the operations of construction enterprises; product promotion, development, conversion of land use purposes in the operations of cooperatives; some concentrated solutions to overcome difficulties for enterprises and improve the investment and business environment of the province. Representatives of a number of enterprises and cooperatives also made recommendations and proposals related to planning work; land sector; payment of outstanding debts for basic construction; creating employment conditions; training and coaching to improve the quality of human resources in information technology, digital transformation, improving the professional capacity of cadres and civil servants at the commune level, etc.

The conference is also an opportunity to promptly study, remove difficulties, support and create the most favorable conditions for enterprises and cooperatives to stabilize production and develop business; strengthen connections between enterprises and cooperatives, the government, between enterprises and enterprises, forming an effective "bridge" to coordinate, remove difficulties, create more motivation to further promote production and business activities of enterprises and cooperatives in the province.

At the end of the Conference, Comrade Doan Thanh Son, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee, emphasized that the results achieved in the past time had important contributions from enterprises, cooperatives, and investors in the province. The Provincial People's Committee would like to sincerely thank the entrepreneurs, business community, cooperatives, and investors inside and outside the province for accompanying and sharing with the province. The Conference of the Provincial People's Committee meeting with enterprises, investors, and cooperatives in 2025 is of great significance, through which the provincial government continues to grasp the difficulties and obstacles of enterprises in investment, production, and business activities; exchange, listen to the thoughts, aspirations, proposals, and recommendations of enterprises operating in the area. On that basis, continue to have directions to remove difficulties, support and create the most favorable conditions for enterprises to stabilize production and develop business.

Comrade Doan Thanh Son, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee requested departments, branches, sectors, commune-level People's Committees and relevant agencies to focus on directing the synchronous and drastic implementation of the work of improving the business environment and improving the provincial competitiveness index. Proactively and actively deploy synchronous solutions to remove difficulties and strengthen business support activities to develop production and business activities of enterprises faster and more effectively.
