The Congress summarized and evaluated the results of the Youth Union and youth movement for the 2024-2027 term; at the same time, it set out the directions and tasks for the 2025-2027 term. During the past term, with the attention and close direction of Party committees at all levels, leaders of agencies and the Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee, the work of the Youth Union and youth movement of the Department of Finance Youth Union achieved many outstanding results, volunteer activities, creative youth, youth volunteers, and national defense were deployed in a diverse and rich manner, attracting a large number of young people to participate and respond.

The Congress announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee to directly appoint the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Department of Finance of Lang Son province for the 2025-2027 term, including 03 comrades with capacity, enthusiasm, dynamism, meeting the proposed personnel standards, including: Comrade Vi Thi Minh Hien holds the position of Secretary of the Youth Union, Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Son holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union, Comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh holds the position of Member of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union.
