Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organizes an expanded leadership conference in August 2025

This morning (August 11), the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held an extended Departmental Leadership Conference in August 2025 chaired by Mr. Tran Manh Hung - Director of the Department. Attending the Conference were leaders of specialized departments and units under the Department.

The conference focused on evaluating the progress of implementing the tasks assigned by the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee in the past time, and at the same time discussed solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles to ensure completion progress.

The contents of the assessment include: Information and propaganda work to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2; organizing propaganda activities to welcome the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; propaganda to welcome the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; propaganda and service for the 6th Lai Chau Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress in 2025; organizing activities for the Independence Day in 2025 and celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Cultural Sector's Traditional Day.

According to the report at the Conference, many tasks have been completed such as: issuing propaganda instructions, building exhibition layouts, preparing materials and human resources for festival decoration, building art program scripts... Some contents are waiting for approval or additional funding for implementation such as: decoration activities, organizing art programs, exhibition displays...

Concluding the Conference, Director of the Department - Tran Manh Hung highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and progress in implementing tasks of the departments and units in the past time, and at the same time required the departments and units to closely follow the plan, proactively coordinate, promptly remove difficulties, speed up the completion of the remaining tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency.
