(Baohatinh.vn) - According to the Ha Tinh Department of Health, the reason for suspending circulation and recalling 7 cosmetics is because they were selling formulas that were not consistent with the published records.

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 1854/QLD-MP dated July 2, 2025 of the Department of Drug Administration - Ministry of Health on the suspension of circulation and recall of cosmetics with manufacturer information on the label inconsistent with the published records, the Ha Tinh Department of Health has just sent a document to the People's Committees of communes and wards; pharmaceutical companies in the province; establishments producing, trading and using cosmetics regarding the suspension of circulation and recall of cosmetics with formula inconsistent with the published records.

Accordingly, the circulation of 7 products of Dong Nam Global Pharmaceutical Company Limited, the organization responsible for bringing the products to market, is suspended and recalled nationwide (business address declared on the declaration file: No. 12, Lane 40 Nguyen Chinh, Tan Mai Ward, Hoang Mai District, old Hanoi City, business registration number: 0110539718).

The reason for the recall is that the cosmetic product has a formula that is not as declared in the documents.

To ensure safety for users, the Department of Health requests the People's Committees of communes and wards to notify cosmetic businesses and users in the area to immediately stop trading and using the 7 products mentioned above and return them to the product suppliers; recall the above-mentioned violating products; inspect and supervise units implementing this notice; handle violators according to current regulations. At the same time, coordinate with media agencies to inform cosmetic businesses and users and people not to trade or use the above-mentioned products.

Pharmaceutical companies notify branches and drug retail establishments in their distribution systems to check their cosmetics warehouses, recall and return the above 7 products to suppliers.

The provincial Drug, Cosmetic and Food Testing Center strengthens the sampling and testing of cosmetic products on the market, promptly reports the results of testing violating samples to the Department of Health for handling measures.

Cosmetic production, trading and usage establishments in the area and people who have the 7 products mentioned above, should report to the Ha Tinh Department of Health (address: 09, Nguyen Huy Oanh Street, Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province) for handling instructions.
