(CLO) On the afternoon of January 23, at Dam Ha District Library, Quang Ninh Provincial Journalists Association, Media Center, Quang Ninh Provincial Library coordinated with Dam Ha District People's Committee to organize the Spring Press Festival At Ty 2025.
