Division 320: Launching the emulation campaign "Raising high the August red flag - competing for 3 first place"

(GLO)-On July 14, Division 320 (Army Corps 34) held a launching ceremony for the peak emulation campaign "Raising the August red flag - competing for 3 first place" and launched the emulation movements "Division competes for innovation and digital transformation" and "Digital education for the masses".

The peak emulation campaign "Raising the August red flag - competing to win 3 firsts" was deployed with the following specific goals: Highest will and sense of responsibility; achieving the highest results in political tasks; building discipline, complying with the law, and having the strictest discipline; reforming military administration, making breakthroughs in innovation, creativity, digital transformation, and implementing the "Digital Education for All" Movement with the highest results.

For the emulation movement "Innovation and digital transformation emulation division" and the model "Digital education for the masses", the Division sets a goal that by the end of 2025, 80% of officers and soldiers will have basic knowledge of digital transformation, master necessary digital skills, and initially effectively use digital platforms and services to serve their work tasks. By 2026, 100% of officers and soldiers will have digital transformation understanding, digital knowledge and skills, be able to use digital platforms and services to serve their work; be able to use smart devices to exploit information, use essential platforms and services, know how to protect themselves in the digital environment; and become digital citizens. From 2027 to 2030, strive for 100% of officers and soldiers to master digital transformation, contributing to building a comprehensively developed unit on the basis of new technology and knowledge, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation. At the launching ceremony, representatives of agencies and units signed a competition agreement, demonstrating high political determination and drastic actions to successfully implement the set competition goals.

The emulation launching ceremony is a broad political activity, contributing to fostering confidence, arousing patriotism, determination and aspiration to contribute in each officer and soldier of Division 320. Through the movement, the emulation has created a vibrant competitive atmosphere, encouraging the entire unit to promote the spirit of initiative, creativity, mastery of technology, information, digital transformation, political steadfastness, and professional solidity.
