Every year, Nguyen Minh Nhi, a resident of Tan Thanh commune, visits Mr. Nguyen during the festival. Minh Nhi shared: “Just by scanning the QR code, I can read and listen to the full biography and career of Mr. Nguyen. I feel secure because the information is compiled from official sources, ensuring accuracy.”

The digital biography of National Hero Nguyen Trung Truc is an initiative of the Vinh Thanh Ward Youth Union, under the Rach Gia City Youth Union (before the merger). The project was completed and put into use in 2024 and became a reliable information channel, demonstrating the creativity of young people in applying information technology and digital transformation.

Promoting the effectiveness of the digital biography of National Hero Nguyen Trung Truc, Rach Gia Ward Youth Union continues to carry out the digital biography of People's Armed Forces Hero Vo Thi Sau, located at the headquarters of Vo Thi Sau quarter. Just by scanning the QR code with a smart electronic device, each person can read and listen to full biographical information and revolutionary activities of People's Armed Forces Hero Vo Thi Sau. The information is compiled by Rach Gia Ward Youth Union from official documents provided by the Provincial Library, ensuring accuracy.

Mr. Tran Chi Linh - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Rach Gia Ward Youth Union said that applying digital technology to support automatic explanations through QR code scanning to learn about historical relics and biographies of national heroes is a creative way to educate about ethics, revolutionary ideals, patriotic traditions, national pride, contributing to educating historical values for union members, youth, people and tourists.

In order to innovate in propaganda work, educate revolutionary traditions, contribute to building the great national unity bloc, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Rach Gia ward carried out a digital historical work on the biography, life and career of patriotic poet Huynh Man Dat.

Huynh Man Dat's Tomb Relic Site is located at 39 Lam Quang Ky Street, Rach Gia Ward, ranked as a national historical and cultural relic, a destination for traditional education for students and visitors.

The digital historical work on the biography, life and career of patriotic poet Huynh Man Dat includes: Digitizing the entire biography, poems, and images of Huynh Man Dat to preserve and disseminate on online platforms; building a 3D model of Huynh Man Dat's tomb, allowing virtual tours on cyberspace, including in local history education; designing videos , clips, explanations about the biography, interactive applications about the life and career of Huynh Man Dat for everyone to easily access and remember... According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Rach Gia ward, this work has practical significance, not only an act of gratitude to a famous person but also a creative activity in applying information technology to preserve and spread cultural values and patriotism to the young generation and the community.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Rach Gia Ward and the Rach Gia Ward Youth Union will continue to promote the application of information technology, digital transformation, and improve the quality and efficiency of operations. In particular, building and replicating digital transformation models and projects is one of the effective and practical solutions that is focused on implementation.
