In recent times, industrial promotion (IEP) and trade promotion (TPE) activities have provided timely support to industrial and handicraft production establishments in the province to develop production, promote products, and gradually bring products to widespread consumption in domestic and foreign markets.
Comrade Pham Thanh Binh, Director of the Provincial Center for Promotion and Trade Promotion, said: Through support activities in promotion and trade promotion, there has been a positive impact on many rural industrial establishments (CNNT) in production and business. Production establishments have had more conditions to invest in advanced production lines, machinery and equipment to increase productivity, product quality, reduce costs, reduce labor, save raw materials and energy, and reduce environmental pollution. At the same time, it helps enterprises realize the importance and pay more attention to promotion activities. From there, many typical production and business models in the province have been built to introduce and replicate.

From those positive impacts, in recent times, the KC and XTTM Center has built projects and plans to support enterprises to mobilize capital from support programs and projects of the national KC and local KC to support enterprises operating in the field of industry and handicrafts to have conditions to develop production. Since the beginning of the year, the Center has signed contracts with the local Department of Industry and Trade, and signed contracts with 7 beneficiaries. In which, the project of the group supporting the application of advanced machinery and equipment in agricultural processing, including 4 beneficiaries, the project of the group supporting the application of advanced machinery and equipment in the production of products for consumption, including 3 beneficiaries. In addition, it has coordinated with the City Economic Department and the Economic - Infrastructure Department of the districts to guide enterprises and cooperatives to build and register the KC project plan in 2024. For the local KC program, the Center has implemented 10 projects in 2023, supported the organization of voting for typical IT products, supported participation in seminars, fairs, exhibitions, trade promotion and supported advanced machinery and equipment to produce IT-TTCN products for typical production and business models...
For the Trade Promotion Program, the Center always updates information and creates conditions to support establishments to participate in supply-demand connection conferences and fairs held inside and outside the province. Implementing the program to vote for typical rural agricultural products at the national level, the Center is currently coordinating with 10 rural agricultural establishments whose products have won the regional typical rural agricultural product award in 2022, completing the dossier to register for voting for typical rural agricultural products at the national level in 2023. After being recognized, the Center will support OCOP products and typical rural agricultural products with funding to improve production techniques and promote information, expand the consumption market through participation in trade fairs inside and outside the province. Since the beginning of the year, the Center has organized support for units to participate in 5 conferences and fairs, connecting with distribution systems inside and outside the province to promote product introduction and promotion. During the fairs, the province's strong products such as grapes, apples, onions, garlic, aloe vera, fish sauce... were widely promoted and received high appreciation from customers for their difference, high quality, and beautiful packaging. In addition, more than 257 products of enterprises in the province were supported to be put on the province's e-commerce platform. After participating in the fairs, units and enterprises have reached many customers inside and outside the province, had the opportunity to learn, exchange production and business experiences, promote brands, products, services, innovate and improve product quality, develop the market better and better, meet consumer tastes.
To promote KC activities more practically and effectively, the Provincial KC and Trade Promotion Center will continue to carry out national and local KC activities every year, ensuring the progress of funding sources to bring high economic efficiency. Mobilize resources to support enterprises to focus on investment, innovation, and application of advanced machinery and equipment to promote the development of industrial and handicraft production. At the same time, increase support for enterprises and production facilities to expand product consumption markets and improve the efficiency of trade promotion activities.
