4-car accident, National Highway 5 congested

At around 6:00 p.m. on November 19, on National Highway 5, from Hanoi to Hai Phong, through Tan Truong Commune (Cam Giang District, Hai Duong Province), a traffic accident involving 4 cars occurred, causing local congestion. Among them were 3 trucks and 1 passenger car. Authorities and people gathered to help the drivers get out.

In the above area, there was a local traffic jam from Quy Duong intersection to Quan Goi, about 5km.

Some drivers said that because vehicles did not maintain a safe distance, the accident occurred. The number of casualties is currently unknown.
