During the working process, Ms. H. also received a decision to temporarily suspend the activities of Long Dien District Police. The decision to temporarily suspend the activities of Long Dien District Police is valid for 30 days, starting from February 16. Long Dien District Police requested Ms. H. to comply with the requirements on ensuring fire prevention and fighting safety at Hoang Hao petrol station.

According to Thanh Nien reporter, since the morning of February 19, Ms. H. has pulled down the fence, closed the gas station, and stopped selling to customers.

As Thanh Nien reported, the Hoang Hao petrol station on Vo Thi Sau Street, Long Hai Town (Long Dien District) had its business license revoked by the authorities but it still sold petrol. At noon on February 16, Long Dien District Police coordinated with the authorities to inspect this petrol station.

Long Dien District Police asked Ms. H. to present her business license as well as documents related to the store's operations. However, Ms. H. did not cooperate, used disrespectful words to the inspection team members, and destroyed property at the store. More seriously, Ms. H. pulled the fence at the gas station to "lock" the police force on duty.

Long Dien District Police repeatedly reminded Ms. H. to open the door for the inspection team to leave, claiming that what Ms. H. did was illegally detaining someone. However, the store owner still refused to open the door for the team to leave. Only when the leaders of Long Hai Town People's Committee and Long Hai Town Police arrived at the scene and asked Ms. H. to open the door for the inspection team to leave did the store owner agree.

According to the Department of Industry and Trade of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, Hoang Hao petrol station's operating license was revoked in 2011 because the store's assets were seized and auctioned.
