Accordingly, the Provincial Police will organize extensive propaganda on mass media about the Road Traffic Law, the Road Traffic Safety Law and other legal documents; regulations of local authorities related to cyclos, electric cyclos and other types of homemade vehicles so that vehicle owners and drivers strictly comply with the provisions of the law on road traffic. At the same time, coordinate with the Provincial Labor Federation to organize propaganda for cyclo drivers of the Tourist Cyclo Union to sign a commitment to comply with regulations on traffic safety such as: Do not ride in 2 or 3 rows; do not ride in long groups causing traffic obstruction...

On the other hand, the Provincial Police will also mobilize forces and vehicles to focus on inspecting and thoroughly and strictly handling according to the law drivers of cyclos, electric cyclos and other homemade vehicles operating on routes and areas that violate traffic safety order. The plan will be implemented from October 1 to December 31, 2025.
