Recruiting 48 aviation human resources positions, salary up to 45 million VND/month
On July 17, HAECO Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Corporation (Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited) organized a direct recruitment interview and career orientation program at the Vietnam Aviation Academy (HCMC), attracting hundreds of students to participate.
According to business representatives, the strong development of the aviation industry is leading to a great demand for aircraft maintenance engineers and technicians. However, the current human resources are not enough to meet both quantity and international standards.
This is one of the industries that is seriously lacking human resources globally, as the growth rate of the aviation industry is far exceeding the ability to supply engineers and technicians trained according to international standards.
Right at the event, HAECO conducted direct recruitment interviews, with the goal of selecting 24 aircraft maintenance engineers with an income of 14 - 45 million VND/month and 24 aircraft maintenance technicians with an income of 11 - 14 million VND/month.
Successful students will be signed a contract this year and begin their training in December 2025 at HAECO’s modern aircraft maintenance center in China. All training costs, accommodation, and regular airfare will be covered by the company.
In particular, each student will have a mentor to accompany them throughout their studies and work, helping them adapt quickly to the international environment.
Skills training, access to global standards
In addition to recruitment, HAECO's human resources experts provide in-depth career guidance to students with a variety of contents: guidance on resume writing skills, training in international interview skills, and introduction to maintenance standards according to EASA (Europe) - standards that are widely applied in the global aviation industry.
Mr. William Arblaster - General Director of Strategic Planning and OEM Partnerships of HAECO - expressed his impression of Vietnamese students: "Vietnamese students have a solid technical foundation and a clear spirit of progress. We look forward to expanding long-term cooperation with Vietnam Aviation Academy in both training and recruitment."
This is one of the outstanding activities in the cooperation chain between Vietnam Aviation Academy and international enterprises in 2025, aiming to strengthen the connection between training and the practical needs of the global labor market, especially in the field of aviation engineering.
