Training on handling many administrative procedures in the field of industry and trade

DNO - On the morning of September 30, the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang city held a training conference to deploy tasks on reorganizing the local government apparatus at two levels and handling administrative procedures for 46 communes and wards.

The conference clarified the process of implementing the organizational arrangement according to the requirements of state management innovation; provided detailed instructions on handling and resolving administrative procedures in the field of industry and trade, ensuring consistency, smoothness and convenience for businesses and people.

The reporter of the Department of Industry and Trade informed the content of Decree No. 58/2025/ND-CP dated March 3, 2025 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Electricity Law on the development of renewable energy and new energy.

Training on the implementation of regulations on industrial explosives, gas trading, tobacco trading, alcohol production and trading, and industrial clusters in the city; implementing regulations on voting for typical rural industrial products in the city.

In addition, training in the field of consumer rights protection, domestic goods circulation and market infrastructure assets invested and managed by the state; guidance on developing service price plans for using sales areas at markets invested from state capital...

Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade Nguyen Van Tru emphasized that the city's industry and trade sector will continue to accompany and support localities in the process of implementing the task of reorganizing the two-level local government apparatus and handling administrative procedures.

The Department of Industry and Trade compiles local difficulties and recommendations to report to the city leaders. For issues beyond its authority, documents will be sent to central ministries and branches for coordination in resolving.
