
There were 100 delegates who were forensic experts from the Criminal Techniques Department of the Provincial Police, the Forensic Center, relevant departments and branches and members of the Steering Committee of the Project to continue to innovate and improve the effectiveness of forensic activities (Project 250) who were informed and supplemented with legal knowledge on forensic examination by the leaders of the Department of Judicial Support of the Ministry of Justice.
Focusing on legal regulations on forensic expertise such as the role of forensic expertise in litigation activities, the work of requesting forensic expertise, the rights of forensic experts when performing forensic expertise, and the obligations of forensic experts when performing forensic expertise.
In addition, delegates were also updated on some basic legal skills of forensic experts, forensic conclusions, evaluation of the use of forensic conclusions, and the duties and powers of relevant agencies and units.
The training course contributes to improving legal knowledge for those working in judicial appraisal. Thereby effectively supporting the activities of prosecution, investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of criminal judgments, resolving cases and incidents accurately, objectively and in accordance with the law.
