Naval Academy awards decisions to recognize professional - technical

The President of the Naval Academy awarded the decision and certificate of title of senior lecturer to officers and lecturers.

At the conference, the leaders of the Naval Academy awarded the decision of recognition and certificate of senior lecturer title in 2024 to 3 officers and lecturers; main lecturer in 2024, 2025 to 16 officers and lecturers; lecturer in 2025, 2026 to 28 comrades.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel, Associate Professor, Dr. Ho Thanh Hoa praised the great contributions of the staff and lecturers in the process of building and developing the Academy; at the same time, he emphasized the attention of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Academy to the development of the teaching staff and educational management staff, especially highly qualified leading lecturers. Therefore, the Academy has had many policies to create conditions for the staff and lecturers to participate in scientific research, training, professional development, and accumulate the necessary and sufficient conditions to be recognized as meeting the standards of professional - technical - vocational titles.

Up to now, the Naval Academy has 1 professor, 8 associate professors; 10 senior lecturers, 66 main lecturers and more than 200 lecturers. The number of staff and lecturers meeting the Academy's title standards has increased significantly compared to previous years. This is a pioneering force that contributes significantly to improving the quality of education and training, scientific research, meeting the requirements of the task of building a "revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern" Naval Academy.
